It wouldn't be a celebration of nerd culture without cool nerdy things to add to our collections.
We are looking for exhibitors!
Exhibitors (including vendors and artists) are an important part of con culture. We are looking for local talent and businesses to sell their official and fan-made merchandise.
We are looking for the following:
- Fanart from anime, games, TV and more!
- Charms, accessories, enamel pins, stickers
- Alternative fashion pieces/accessories
- Cosplay supplies

Powered tables
There are limited power sockets available at $5.00 per plug. Please advise in your application form how many sockets you require. Please talk to to us if you need a substantial amount of power for your table.
Table size
We have limited space available, so we are encouraging creative use of space so we can make room for as many vendors as we can! Our base size is a 900x900mm section of table, but we can arrange divider display panels to go behind you for a small extra cost.
cash handling
This will be the responsibility of each individual vendor. We cannot provide EFTPOS facilities, but you are more than welcome to arrange your own. There are also several ATMs on site which will be signposted to attendees.
Content Policy
In short we ask that exhibitors abide by the following:
- No illegal or age-restricted materials or items
- No NSFW (Not Safe For Work) materials or items. This includes anything above mild gore (i.e cuts/scratches), sexually explicit/implied imagery, ahegao. We are a family friendly event, and aim to keep the grandmas happy.
- No art theft. Do not sell artwork that is not your own. If you have a legitimate business relationship with an artist or you are manning a booth on their behalf then we will consider these on a case by case basis.
- No bootlegs. This means something that is intended to be a market substitute, or replica of the original.
