How much are tickets?

Tickets are free! It was important to us that the event was accessible to all so there is no charge to enter the event.

Why do we need a ticket if it's free?

Having tickets enables us to prepare for the number of people that will be hoping, or expecting to attend. It enables us to communicate to a large group of people at once with important information and make arrangements should COVID become an issue, such as contact tracing.

Where do I go when I get there?

Please come to the first floor (up the main stairs, turn 180 degrees and the TSB room is at the end of the building) to sign in and receive a tag for easy in and out access.

Will there be a cosplay parade?

Absolutely! You will be able to sign up on the day of the event. More information to come.

is there a cosplay competition?

Yes! More details to be revealed soon. Please keep an eye on our social media pages.

Are there lockers at the venue?

Yes! There are a number of lockers throughout the venue. However, they are for all to use, so we can't guarantee there will be any free when you arrive. We have no place to securely hold items, so please keep this in mind when attending.

Is there food and/or drink at the venue?

Yes! There is a cafe downstairs and plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby and a few MetroMarts as well. There are free access water fountains throughout the building also.

THe venue is a library, are there restrictions on noise?

We do ask those attending to be mindful of your noise level outside of the three rooms we are holding our event in. Most importantly, please be mindful of your noise once you ascend to the second, third and forth floors.

Is there a quiet space if I need a breather?

We don't have a dedicated space per say, but there are two balconies attached to the main area that you can access for fresh air, plus there are two rooftop balconies on the forth floor. The third and forth floors are typically quiet if you'd like some peace for a moment.
